Opening Keynote

6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

On Friday evening, the general public was invited to our opening keynote address by Hillary Hartley, the Chief Digital Officer of Ontario.

Civic Tech Science Fair

7:30 pm – 9:00 pm

The public keynote was followed by a networking reception and Civic Tech Science Fair, which showcased a number of Canadian organizations working on projects that use digital tools to improve civic engagement.

Post-conference reception hosted by The Conversation Canada

Participants unwinded following Connected Canada 150 at the post-conference reception hosted by The Conversation Canada.

The Conversation Canada is a new non-profit initiative helping researchers share their expertise and knowledge with readers in Canada and worldwide.
